Instructions

  • Place 200ml of water into the bottom of your bread maker.
  • Place all the other ingredients into the bread maker (apart from the yeast).
  • Then sprinkle the yeast over the top of the ingredients.
  • Place the lid on the bread maker and cook on the desired bread setting. It will then start the process and take approximately 1hr45 to 3 hours to cook depending on the bread setting including kneading the bread for you.

Notes

We always make a 2lb loaf using the quick bread setting. This takes just 1 hour 48 minutes. However, if we used the soft bread it would take almost 3 hours.
We normally use semi skimmed milk. But you could also use skimmed milk or whole milk. Just use what you have in your fridge.
