Nandos Peri Peri Chicken Bowl In The Air Fryer
Nandos Peri Peri Chicken Bowl. Air Fryer chicken breast and air fryer sweetcorn loaded with Nando’s peri peri chicken marinade. Served with Instant Pot brown rice for the ultimate peri peri chicken bowl. This Nandos inspired healthy chicken breast meal is perfect for make ahead lunches or freezing for later.
Peri Peri Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
Toss chicken breast chunks in peri peri dry rub and load into the air fryer basket or air fryer grill pan. Add the frozen sweetcorn and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
Shake and season with salt and pepper.
Add to meal prep bowls with your precooked quinoa or brown rice.
Serve or keep for later.
You can use any Nando’s rub on your chicken. Though note it can be spicy, so I suggest you are cautious with how much seasoning you add, you can always add extra later.
You can use either diced chicken, turkey or pork and both chicken breast and boneless skinless chicken thighs work well.
If you don’t want crunchy sweetcorn, add it to the air fryer at 5 minutes rather than allowing it to cook for the full 10 minutes.
Don’t do Nando’s? You can follow this same method with any favourite dry chicken rub that you regularly use.
