Air Fryer Pork Loin. How to cook an air fryer pork loin roast. Cooked from whole to fit the size of your air fryer, this pork loin is perfect for quick weeknight dinners, Sunday pork roast or meal prep.
Air Fryer Pork Loin Ingredients:
Place your pork loin over your air fryer and check to see if it will fit. If it doesn’t trim a little off and put the leftovers aside for later for some air fryer pork loin chops.
Load seasonings into a small bowl and mix.
Add your seasonings around the top and sides of the pork loin. Reserving a little for the bottom later.
Place your pork loin in the air fryer and cook for 35 minutes at 180c/360f. Turn and sprinkle the rest of the seasoning. Cook for a further 30 minutes at the same time and temp.
Slice your air fryer pork loin and enjoy!

Rest Your Pork. Once you have finished cooking your pork loin, remove from the air fryer and place on a clean chopping board. Allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to slicing.
