Air Fryer Sausage Rolls. How to make delicious air fryer sausage rolls. Both sausage rolls from frozen and sausage rolls made with my homemade pastry. Loaded into the air fryer and perfect for parties, picnics, brunch and so much more.
Air Fryer Sausage Rolls Ingredients:
Start by making your pie crust. Add mixed herbs into the crust to give it a better flavour. Roll out onto a clean worktop or onto a chopping board. Roll out your pastry and add a long layer of sausage meat. Egg wash the sides and then roll it up and smother in egg wash. Trim any loose ends.
Place your sausage roll in the air fryer.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f and serve.
Swaps. I love to use a pie crust or as us Brits call it shortcrust pastry. You can also use puff pastry or leftover pizza dough.
