Slow Cooker Turkey Legs are a must try in your Crockpot or other brand of slow cooker. Moist, tender and flavoursome, these slow cooker turkey legs are loaded in barbecue sauce and ideal for meal prep.
Add your marinade ingredients into the slow cooker and mix. Using a vegetable knife score your turkey leg so that sauce can get into the meat and not just the skin. Cover the turkey in the marinade and season well with salt and pepper.
Slow cook on high for 5 hours or until the turkey leg is easy to shred.
Using meat claws or your hands shred the turkey. Load onto a plate and serve.
Notes
