  • Add bacon rashers to the Ninja Foodi rack adding them like you are adding clothes to a washing line. You don’t want them touching the ground as it will effect how well it crisps.

  • Place the air fryer lid on the Ninja Foodi and set the air crisp temperature to 200c/400f and the cook time to 7-10 minutes. Depending on how crispy you like your bacon.

Notes

Quantity. We used 5 back bacon rashers in our Ninja Foodi. But you could cook a lot more than that if you wanted to. As you thread them onto the rack you could easily do 15 rashers at once. Plus, note, British bacon rashers are often bigger than American ones, so maybe you could do 20.
Crispy. We all like our bacon at a different crispness. 7 minutes on our lean back bacon was perfect for us. But 10 minutes would give it an American crisp.
