  • Leftover French Fries
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Place your leftover French fries into the air fryer basket. Season well with sea salt.

  • Spray with extra virgin olive oil. Air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Shake the air fryer fries, add a little extra oil, and cook for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f. When it beeps check to make sure the fries are piping hot and crispy before serving.

Cheese. If you would like cheesy fries, do the recipe above, add your favourite cheese and then air fry for a further 2 minutes at 200c/400f.
Salt. I recommend salting your fries. Because the fries have been in the fridge, they will lose their salt and its amazing how bland they are if reheated without salt.
Oil. I recommend spraying with extra virgin olive oil or your fries will not get as crispy as it reheats back through.
Frozen. If reheating frozen fries, I recommend you follow our air fryer frozen French fries recipe instead as it will be more accurate to your needs.
