Reheating Pulled Pork. Let me show you the best way to reheat pulled pork so that you have flavoursome, moist pulled pork, that still tastes like it has been cooked for the first time and not the second time.
When you have finished eating. Grab your tray of leftover pulled pork (this is how much we had left) and load into an airtight container.
The next day, place leftover pulled pork into ramekins and pour in 1tbsp of your leftover pork stock into each of the ramekins. This will stop the pulled pork from going dry.
Air fry for 6 minutes at 160c/320f and then drain the liquid and in extra barbecue sauce.
Serve with baked potatoes and corn.
Notes
Sauce. I recommend before serving that you add a little extra barbecue sauce to the pulled pork. You will be amazed by the difference in taste. Thanks for reading how to reheat pulled pork on Recipe This. We have many more air fryer recipes for you to check out next.
