Because of the big stones you will lose a lot for your mango so it is always best to use double the mangos to avocados. The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need any weighing scales for this recipe + you could also change the fruit to what you have in. This batch makes a really big 1 litre supply of smoothie mix. I made use a smoothie each (for 4 of us) plus all my ice cream moulds too. You don’t have to use bananas, but I find that it makes the smoothie thicker and have less of a juicing texture.
