How To Make Strawberry Lemonade

A refreshing summer drink loaded with lots of fresh in season strawberries. Store it in the fridge to keep you nice and cool this summer.

  • Remove the cores from the strawberries and add them to your blender. Add in the sugar along with 300ml of cold water.
  • Blend until coarse.
  • Add the lemon juice, give it another whizz and then serve with ice cubes.

Notes

I find that if the strawberries are not very sweet that you need to add a tablespoon of honey to it too.
If you want a more citrus flavour then double the lemon and add a lime.
This keeps really well in a big jug in the fridge for a refreshing drink throughout the summer.
