Welcome to this delicious 3 ingredient Slimming World Keema Curry In The Slow Cooker.
Place the mince, tinned tomatoes and ½ of the spice blend pack into your Slow Cooker. Mix with your hands.
Place it on high and cook for 2.5 hours.
It lists brown sugar among its ingredient list. Brown sugar is just 2 Syns per heaped teaspoon. But the whole packet has just 40g in it and there are 18 ingredients.
If you divided the ingredients up this would mean that the whole packet is 4 heaped teaspoons and if brown sugar is 1/18 of that then that is 0.4 Syns for the whole dish.
Then (if you are still with me) that would mean each portion would be a 10th of a Syn. So hardly worth even counting!
You could also serve it with green peppers but we prefer it without.
