How To Make Popcorn In The Instant Pot

Instructions

  • Press saute on your Instant Pot, then press adjust and press it to more (usually one time click) and then hot will come up and then you need to add your butter and coconut oil.
  • Once it has melted add your corn and stir it so that all the oil is coated around the corn.
  • Wait until it starts popping and then place a lid on top of your Instant Pot, though no need to seal it.
  • After 2 minutes of popping turn your Instant Pot off via the cancel button. Leave the lid on until you hear no more popping noises.

Notes

Any lid is fine on top of the Instant Pot as it doesn’t need to seal. Just as long as it fits and the popcorn doesn’t explode around your kitchen.
