  • Place your beef shin onto a shopping board and trim off the fat and then chop into small beef stroganoff style pieces.
  • Dice and deseed your peppers.
  • Drain your beans.
  • Peel and dice your onion.
  • Place your onion into your Instant Pot along with your ginger, garlic and olive oil. Sauté for a couple of minutes on the sauté function. Add the tomato puree and then the beef and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, pour in 200ml of water and mix well.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.Press the bean & chilli button and Cook for 10 minutes and then serve.

Notes

I prefer red and green peppers in my Chinese food. But for a sweeter flavour I also love to use orange peppers instead of green.
 
Because soy sauce is rather watery you only need 200ml in water for this dish and for your Instant Pot to go to pressure.
