Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all your marinade ingredients into the bottom of your Instant Pot, add a cup of water and mix well so that your sauce is well mixed.
  • Chop your pork ribs into halves.
  • Place them into the Instant Pot and mix them into the sauce.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot and turn the valve to sealing. Cook for 40 minutes on the stew setting.
  • When it is done and has beeped manually move the valve, wait for the steam to pass and then remove your lid.
  • Serve with homemade coleslaw.

Notes

We get jars of dried onion and garlic flakes. They’re nice and chunky and work very well with marinades. If you don’t get a combo just use ½ of each from different jars.
Because of the liquid of the sauce it doesn’t stick to the bottom and a quick rinse and your Instant Pot is clean.
I always serve mine with coleslaw. You can either use shop bought or mix together grated carrot with purple cabbage, then mix in some mayonnaise. Or you can have my carrot coleslaw instead.
