The Katie Price Green Detox Blender Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Blender
  • 1 Small Cucumber skin removed
  • 4 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Medium Pineapple peeled and chopped
  • 1 Bag Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 8 Large Apples peeled and cores removed
  • 2 Ripe Avocadoes flesh only
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 30 g Fresh Ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. If it is too thick then add a little water or if it is not thick enough add another avocado.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Due to the fact that vegetables that you buy can carry different amount of juice, depends on the thickness of your smoothie. Therefore adjust the recipe with more or less water or avocado. I also find that if you don’t like avocados that you can replace it with more bananas instead for a lovely thick shake.
I also like mine with a good kick from the ginger as it is also good for your metabolism but if you don’t like a kick then reduce the amount of ginger.
