In a steamer (or soup maker in our case) steam your broccoli, spinach and courgette for 20 minutes or until they are all soft.
Drain the greens and place them in the blender along with an avocado, seasoning and coconut milk.
Blend until smooth.
Serve as you wish.
Notes
You could also add other green vegetables to the mix but we find that this is the perfect combination for a thick sauce to serve with all your favourite dishes.My mint cubes are leftover fresh mint placed into ice cube trays with cold water. If you don’t save your leftover mint then a handful of fresh mint chopped up is fine to use.
