Whole30 Creamy Garlic Cauliflower Rice

In this recipe I will be showing you my whole30 creamy garlic cauliflower rice.

  • In a blender place your cauliflower a bit at a time until it has all been blended down into cauliflower rice.
  • Add the coconut milk, garlic and seasoning and mix well on the high blender setting.
  • When well mixed transfer to a wok and cook on a medium heat until the cauliflower is piping hot.
  • Reduce to a simmer and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Serve.


You can use this dish as a base for a lot of meals. We LOVE it for using as a base for a Thai red curry but it just depends what kind of food you like.
