Welcome to my latest Instant Pot recipe and this recipe is for Instant Pot Corn On The Cob wrapped in bacon.

Instructions

  • Place 160ml of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and you can measure it out with the cup provided.
  • Take your sweetcorn and place each one into a separate piece of silver foil. Season with salt and pepper. Layer each one with a little butter then wrap them in a slice of bacon. Seal up the sweetcorn with the silver foil and then place them on the steamer rack.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing and press steam for 12 minutes.
  • Once it has started it will beep and it will beep 6 times when done. Once it has cooled down from keep warm mode you can get it out.
  • Serve.

Notes

Instead of butter if you are on Paleo you could replace it with coconut oil or olive oil instead.
