Welcome to my latest Instant Pot recipe and this recipe is for Instant Pot cheesy asparagus wrapped in bacon.

  • Place 160ml of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and you can measure it out with the cup provided.
  • Chop the bottom end off the asparagus. Smoother it with soft cheese and then wrap it in bacon. When done place them all on the steamer rack.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing and press steam for 3 minutes.
  • Once it has started it will beep and it will beep 6 times when done. Once it has cooled down from keep warm mode you can get it out.
  • Serve.

Notes

I prefer this recipe with soft cheese but as an alternative you could make it with butter instead. Or for the perfect Paleo snack use coconut oil instead. So many choices.
