Instructions

  • Peel your carrots and sweet potato.
  • Spiralize your carrots, courgette and sweet potato and place them in your wok.
  • Add the garlic and the coconut products and mix well.
  • Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes and it will be done when your courgette has reduced in size and your vegetables have gone lovely and soft.
  • Add the seasoning and mix well.
  • Serve.

Notes

If you wish you could use lots of other vegetables that can be spiralized. I also love to use swede, turnip and butternut squash.
