How To Make The Best Ever Airfryer Sweet Potato Fries
Peel and chop up your sweet potatoes so that they resemble chunky chips.
Place them in the Airfryer with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and shake them so that the sweet potatoes are well covered.
Cook for 15 minutes at 180c. Though at the half way mark give the sweet potato a shake so that none are getting stuck to the bottom and so that they are all getting the effect of the olive oil.
When cooked remove them from the airfryer and place them in a bowl. Add the last tablespoon of olive oil along with the seasoning and mix well by either getting your hands in there or by shaking the dish. ´
When you make the sweet potato fries make sure they are of an equal size. This is because if you get any ones with skinny ends compared to thick chunky middles you will end up with some burnt and some undercooked.
I also find that sizes of sweet potatoes can differ a lot so if this means you have a lot of spare sweet potatoes then chop it into cubes and air fry it separately.
