Place all your ingredients into the blender and blend for 5 minutes.
Once blended place into little dishes and fridge for an hour.

You could mix this up with whatever favourite fruit you have in that has a soft creamy texture. I have also tried it by halving the banana and using raspberries instead and that is amazing.
