Chop your cauliflower up into small florets so that it will cook quickly and preheat your Airfryer to 180c.
In a bowl mix your oats, flour and coconut. Add the salt and pepper and put to one side. In another bowl have your beaten egg.
Season your cauliflower in mixed herbs and salt and pepper. Roll the cauliflower in the eggs followed by the oats mixture. Place in the Airfryer and cook on 180c for 15 minutes.
While it is cooking in a large mixing bowl mix together the rest of your ingredients with a tablespoon.
When the Airfryer is done take the cauliflower out and throw it all in the mixing bowl with your sticky substance. Using tongs (as the cauliflower will be hot) mix it around really well so that all the cauliflower is nicely coated.
Place back in the Airfryer (either on a baking mat or in a dish) the cauliflower and cook for a further 5 minutes at 180c.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Notes
You could also cook on 160c for 30 minutes a whole cauliflower for a different approach which would go very well with a pot roast or some warm ham.
