How To Make Pepper Sauce Without Cream

  • In a wok or frying pan add your diced onion, garlic, mustard and olive oil and cook on a medium heat for 3 minutes or until the onions have a lovely golden colour.
  • Add the brandy and cook it out to reduce the alcohol and so that you can have that lovely brandy flavour in your cooking.
  • Add the soft cheese and the milk and mix well until it forms a creamy thick sauce. It will have the same texture of double cream just without the calories.
  • Add the seasoning and mix for a further couple of minutes.
  • Serve with steak and fries.

Notes

This is how I love my pepper sauce but if you prefer you can add mushrooms, add red peppers or whatever else you like.
