Instructions

  • Slice your banana into small chunks.
  • Add your banana, yoghurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve.

Notes

You could also alter this and work your way through the full Muller Light collection. We particularly love recreating the fruity ones with fresh strawberries.
I also find that honey works as a great alternative to maple syrup.
