  • Mince your chicken in the food processor. In the food processor add your Worcester sauce, mustard, paprika and salt and pepper. Make your chicken into burger shapes and put them to one side.
  • In one bowl have your egg; in another add your flour. In a third have your KFC spice blend mix with your bread crumbs.
  • Cover your Zinger burgers in the flour, the egg and then the bread crumbs.
  • Place in the Airfryer at 180c for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked in the centre.

Notes

We find that if you place some flour on your hands before making your chicken burgers it will stop the sticky chicken from sticking to you and give you much better burgers.
