Place the pasta, cauliflower, water and pasta into the soup maker and cook on the chunky soup setting for 20 minutes.
Drain the water and place the pasta to one side. Back in the soup maker add the cooked cauliflower and onion. Add the seasoning, coconut milk, cheese, and garlic puree. Blend for three minutes until you have a lovely cheese sauce.
Add the pasta and cook for a further 5 minutes and then add a little grated cheese to the top before serving.
If you want to add a bit more flavour to your mac and cheese we recommend that you add a little bacon in place of half of your onion.
