Instructions

  • Peel and chop your carrot and potatoes. Dice your white fish and red pepper and then add them all to your soup maker.
  • Add your uncooked seafood to the soup maker.
  • Add the tomatoes, wine and seasoning.
  • Mix well and then place your soup maker on the chunky soup setting.
  • Cook for 25 minutes and then serve with warm crusty bread and sprinkle a little fresh thyme on top.

Notes

The Portuguese love their garlic so if you don’t like as much garlic then reduce it by half.
