Creamy Moroccan Carrot Soup In The Soup Maker
Welcome to my creamy Moroccan carrot soup in the soup maker. In the spices department I have a very difficult husband and when you’re a lady that loves spices then you have a problem.
Peel & dice the carrots and onion. Also dice the red pepper.
Place them in your soup maker.
Add your ginger, garlic, other seasoning.
Add the coconut milk and water and place on the cook and blend feature for 25 minutes.
The preparation time is rather high – but I am really slow when it comes to peeling carrots and you may find that you are much quicker!
