Welcome to my creamy parsnip soup in the soup maker. I am one of the biggest addicts when it comes to parsnips. They are delicious.

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, onion, parsnip and carrots and place them in the soup maker.
  • Add the garlic puree, water and seasoning.
  • Cook for 25 minutes on the cook and blend feature.
  • Serve.

Notes

I love the sweet taste of the sweet potato and the parsnips, if you want it even sweeter ditch the carrots for more sweet potato or add some pumpkin.
