Welcome to my healthy green soup in the soup maker. It is January now and everyone wants to lose weight and improve their health, especially after all the mad crazy binging that has been done over Christmas.
Place the vegetables into the soup maker along with the seasoning and the water.
Set it up on the cook and blend feature for 25 minutes.
Serve.
Notes
You can mix and match the vegetables to suit your taste and if you’re detoxing or not. I would also recommend adding spinach and kale to it if you have these available.
