My Delicious Cabbage Soup Recipe

Welcome to my delicious cabbage soup recipe. It may be January and diet season but my cabbage soup recipe is not just for dieters.

  • Soup Maker
  • ½ Large Cabbage
  • ¼ Large Courgette
  • 3 Medium Carrots peeled
  • 1 Tsp Chives
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 300 ml Water
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Chop up your carrots and courgette into medium sized slices.
  • Shred the cabbage and then place all the ingredients in the soup maker
  • Place on the cook and blend feature or leave chunky if you prefer it like that.


We prefer our cabbage soup with some Greek Yoghurt or some cheese on top and it must come with warm crusty bread!
