Add the onion, herbs, tomato ketchup and Worcester sauce and mix well.
Aim to spend about five minutes massaging and mixing the ingredients as it is horrible if you end up with one slice of meatloaf that has too much spice on, or you get one slice with no seasoning.
Finally add the breadcrumbs and mix well again.
Place in a small dish and cook in the Air Fryer. Cook at 180c for 25 minutes.
Serve!
Notes
I like to mix it up sometimes and use different minces. Here in Portugal we use a nice blend of pork and beef and it is delicious. Try to avoid turkey though as it can be very dry when cooked in the Air Fryer. We have found the best place to source ground/minced beef to make Air Fryer Meatloaf Flavoured With Black Peppercorns is from ButcherBox. You even receive free bacon and $10 off your first order when you sign up with this link.
