Airfryer Carrots Recipe

Enjoy just like roasted carrots in the Airfryer. So delicious and so easy to make as well. Plus you and your kids will love them.

  • Peel and slice your carrots length ways so that they are like really thick chips.
  • Place them in the Airfryer basket with a sprinkling of olive oil.
  • Cook for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Give it a good shake, add the seasonings and cook for a further 2 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • Serve with extra fresh parsley.


Make sure you keep the carrots of a similar size. Otherwise some will be cooked and some wont. Plus there is nothing worse in cookery than carrots that are crunchy. Also make sure the carrots are not too small as they shrink when they are cooking and you will end up with carrots as thin as crisps.
