Perfectly cooked instant pot cauliflower. Using the instant pot pressure cooker to do steamed cauliflower and then use it as a quick side dish for lunch or dinner.
Let’s pressure cook cauliflower! Place 1.5 cups (360ml) of water into your instant pot. Then add your steamer basket ready for loading up with cauliflower florets.
Next chop the cauliflower into medium florets and load them into the steamer basket.
Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper and some mixed herbs and then add the lid, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook cauliflower in the instant pot for 4 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
Do a fork test to make sure the instant pot florets are soft and then serve.

Liquid. If I am just steaming cauliflower in instant pot I don’t bother with any instant pot veggie stock and just use water.Size. For pressure cooker cauliflower size does matter.
