Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Breast
I love cooking air fryer chicken breast. In fact, it was one of the early air fryer recipes I first made with my original Philips Air Fryer back in 2012.
Back then we lived in a small apartment and this small Philips Air Fryer was the perfect size for us.
Our kitchen was so tiny that we couldn’t fit 3 of us in the kitchen at once when we were cooking.
We had fallen in love with air fryer cooking so fast that we made sure that this air fryer had a place next to our kettle on the kitchen sideboard.
It was 3 tiers and annoying to wash up but did a great round of vegetables. We also loved it for steaming salmon and potatoes too.
We would have our air fryer chicken breast in the Philips and steam broccoli in our steamer.
Perfect set up.
But over time you find that your eating habits and kitchen gadgets change and now it’s the same food, just a different way of cooking it.
Now we will cook air fryer frozen chicken breast and serve it with instant pot broccoli.
Sometimes our air fryer frozen chicken breast will be partly thawed and other times it is frozen solid.
We will just go and grab some chicken breast from the freezer and know that in under half an hour we will have a delicious healthy lunch.
I know this probably sounds crazy, but that’s what I wanted when I lived in the apartment.
A place to live that was big enough for a chest freezer (like this one) so that I could store lots of frozen chicken and eat it as I wanted.
I could also save a small fortune on food and totally combat food waste. Today is almost 5 years to the day, that we moved into our house and I still get excited over a full freezer of amazing food.
