Air Fryer Frozen Spring Rolls
I remember when my love for spring rolls started. It was long before it became a thing to cook air fryer frozen spring rolls.
I am going back to the late 80’s to early 90’s and my trip to the Deli counter in my local Tescos Supermarket with my mum.
She would be topping up her groceries and I was always allowed a treat or two.
Back then things were not to excess, and obesity was never mentioned. Men had beer bellies and women had chubby middles after having kids.
But that was it. I didn’t know anyone with weight problems and didn’t know anyone with diabetes.
Quite different from the world we live in now.
Instead of treats being lots of doughnuts or endless fast food, the treat back then was a mini spring roll from the deli counter.
You would take it home, warm it up in the microwave and it was delicious.
Even now more than 25 years later, I still LOVE spring rolls and how delicious they are for a quick treat. Plus in this modern world that we live in now, we can cook and reheat spring rolls in the air fryer.

Can I Air Fry Spring Rolls?
Absolutely! The greatest thing about spring rolls is that they are perfect for the air fryer.
Spring rolls wrapper is very thin and flimsy and can be hard to cook with. But cook spring rolls in the air fryer and they come out perfect every time.
Plus, they are a lot less calories cooking spring rolls in the air fryer compared to in the deep fat fryer.
Can You Air Fry Spring Roll Wrappers?
Absolutely! But only if you keep them in their packaging or they are part of a spring roll. On their own, like a lot of foods will just float to the top.
This is because the mechanics of the air fryer circulates air and they need some sort of weight to hold them together.
Can You Air Fry Frozen Spring Rolls?
Absolutely! In this recipe today for air fryer frozen spring rolls, we will be showing you how we cooked our favourite spring rolls from frozen.
Previously we have shown you air fryer frozen egg rolls, which are much thicker and bigger than spring rolls. So, if you have egg rolls, we recommend you follow that frozen recipe instead.
What Ingredients & Gadgets Go Into Air Fryer Frozen Spring Rolls?

There is not much to cooking air fryer frozen spring rolls.
Grab your favourite frozen spring rolls directly from your freezer ready to cook them in the air fryer.
No need to defrost them first, you can cook spring rolls in the air fryer when they are frozen solid.
My favourite frozen spring rolls are duck rolls. They are delicious and I always beg Dominic for the last one, as he loves them too.
We also tested it out with vegetable spring rolls too. You could use any that you like. Vegan spring rolls, chicken spring rolls, pork spring rolls and Vietnamese all work well.
As well as your frozen spring rolls you need a good air fryer. We have the Philips Air Fryer XL, Philips Air Fryer XXL and the Power Air Fryer Oven in our house. But any good air fryer that has a decent basket space is perfect.
That is because you don’t want to overcrowd the basket.
Air Fryer Spring Rolls Temperature
I recommend an air fryer spring rolls temperature of 180c/360f. I have also found that because spring rolls are small and the spring roll wrapper is delicate, that spring rolls in the air fryer cook best from frozen.
How Long Do You Air Fry Spring Rolls?
Because frozen spring rolls in the air fryer are much smaller compared to egg rolls and other frozen foods, they are cooked in JUST 7 minutes.
That is AMAZING considering you could cook 20 of them at once if you wanted and hands free too because you don’t have to alter the temperature.

The timings here were correct, i tried another way of cooking them from another website and the temp was way of and the stuff inside came out all over my air fryer what a mess. So i tried your way of cooking them and it worked beautifully. I love spring rolls and to get them crispy like this is a dream, thank you!
